Governor Hutchinson Announces Appointments

LITTLE ROCK – Governor Asa Hutchinson today announced the following appointments:

Senator Joyce Elliott, Little Rock, to the Southern Regional Education Board. Appointment expires June 30, 2020. Reappointment.

Dr. Rodney Williams, Fayetteville, to the State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Professional Surveyors. Appointment expires July 1, 2020. Reappointment.

Dr. David Beasley, Jonesboro, to the State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Professional Surveyors. Appointment expires July 1, 2020. Reappointment.

Christopher White, Fayetteville, to the Arkansas Alcohol and Drug Abuse Coordinating Council. Appointment expires July 1, 2019. Replaces Tonna Butzlaff.

Reginald Binns, Monticello, to the Arkansas Towing and Recovery Board. Appointment expires June 22, 2019. Replaces Elgie Sims, Sr.

Carrie Meeks, Bentonville, to the Arkansas Towing and Recovery Board. Appointment expires June 22, 2019. Replaces Mary Thoma.

Avon Phillips, Jr., North Little Rock, to the Arkansas Towing and Recovery Board. Appointment expires June 22, 2019. Reappointment.

Dusty Hoskyn, England, to the Arkansas Wheat Promotion Board. Appointment expires on June 30, 2018. Replaces Charles Williams.

John Hamilton, Searcy, to the Arkansas Wheat Promotion Board. Appointment expires on June 30, 2018. Replaces Terry Dabbs.

Timothy Smith, Clarendon, to the Arkansas Wheat Promotion Board. Appointment expires on June 30, 2018. Reappointment.

Jack Evans, Carlisle, to the Arkansas Wheat Promotion Board. Appointment expires on June 30, 2018. Replaces George Toll.

Stephen Higginbothom, Jr., Marianna, to the Arkansas Soybean Promotion Board. Appointment expires on June 30, 2018. Reappointment.

Rusty Smith, Des Arc, to the Arkansas Soybean Promotion Board. Appointment expires on June 30, 2018.  Replaces James Carroll.
