Arkansas 2016 Preferential Primary Moved from May up to March

by Shelli Poole:  The Arkansas Legislature in Special Session has voted to move the 2016 Preferential Primary (that's where we narrow down our choices to one candidate per party), from May to March. The new date would be the 4th Tuesday in March, prior to the election. That falls on March 22, 2016.
