State GOP Files FEC Complaint Against Democrat Patrick Henry Hays

"Whether lying to voters with false TV attacks or violating basic federal election rules, Patrick Henry Hays will stop at nothing to win this election," - Chairman Doyle Webb

Little Rock, Arkansas – The State Republican Party today submitted for filing a Federal Election Commission (FEC) complaint against Democratic Second Congressional District candidate Patrick Henry Hays for failing to provide proper disclosures on campaign materials. RPA Chairman Doyle Webb issued the following:

"Whether lying to voters with false TV attacks or violating basic federal election rules, Democrat Patrick Henry Hays will stop at nothing to win this election. This is yet another example of Hays thinking the rules just don’t apply to him. If Democrat Patrick Hays can’t even follow federal campaign law, how can he seriously ask Arkansans to let him write federal law as a member of Congress?”
