Arkansas Democrat-Gazette Is "For Tom Cotton" For U.S. Senate

"We endorse Tom Cotton today with the confidence that he would make not just a good senator but maybe...a great one." - Arkansas Democrat-Gazette
Little Rock, Arkansas — Sunday's edition of the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette contained a ringing endorsement for U.S. Senate candidate Tom Cotton, praising Cotton's courage and calling him "a different kind of candidate in this season of mushy politicians who say different things to different people in different places."
The endorsement from Arkansas's largest newspaper framed the race as a clear choice for voters: "a choice between mediocrity (or maybe less) and a quality that may not be easy to define, but one that time after crucial time in American history has been embodied by great leaders...courage."
The Democrat-Gazette also issued a stinging rebuke to Senator Mark Pryor, blasting him as a "go along to get along" politician who "by experience means just doing the same thing year in and year out, and confuses mere seniority with high service? The kind of politician who invariably does the safe thing rather than the right thing--until he finally may not even see the difference."

The full endorsement can be found here (subscription required).
