DOUBLE BOGEY: James Lee Witt Buys $850,000 Golf Course Home in Another Congressional District — Tries To Hide His Home

Editor's Note (9/15/2014):  Due to an Arkansas storm,  Internet access was interrupted for a week.  This story posted retroactively to its correct time slot.

A newly purchased home at the Chenal Country Club in
the 2nd Congressional District is nice BUT it is NOT
where James Lee Witt (D-AR) is running for Office. He
is running for Congress in the 4th Congressional District.
Witt's obvious disdain mirrors that of U.S. Sen. Reid (D-NV)
who noted that the visitor to the U.S. Capitol stink.
Little Rock, Arkansas —  The State Republican Party today submitted for filing a complaint to the Office of Congressional Ethics against Democratic Fourth Congressional District candidate James Lee Witt for failing to disclose his involvement in KANZA, LLC, an Arkansas company that recently purchased an $850,000 home at the Chenal Country Club.

“Democrat James Lee Witt tried to hide an $850,000 Little Rock golf course home from the voters of the Fourth Congressional District by failing to include his company in his financial disclosure to the Clerk of the U.S. House of Representatives,” stated RPA Chairman Doyle Webb. “This sort of underhanded tactic is yet another example of out-of-touch Witt thinking the rules just don’t apply to him.”**Copy of complaint available upon request to holly@arkansasgop.org.

Editor's Note: The Little Rock home is also in the 2nd Congressional District and note in the 4th Congressional District where Witt claims to reside and represent.  $850,000 home in another district at the Chanal Country Club is quite a lot to try and hide.  What else is James Lee Witt trying to hide?
