RPA Announces March 28th “Majority Celebration”

Little Rock. Ark. – The Republican Party of Arkansas will be holding a historic event on March 28 th in Little Rock to celebrate the results of the 2012 state legislative elections and the party’s new majorities in both the Arkansas State House and Arkansas State Senate.

The event is set to take place at the Robinson Center in Downtown Little Rock from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm. Tickets are $50 each and can be ordered by calling 501-372-7301 or by visiting arkansasgop.org. The Majority Celebration will feature special tributes from the Republican members of the Arkansas federal delegation.

In November of 2012, Arkansas Republicans won a majority of the seats in the Arkansas state legislature for the first time in 138 years.

“This event will honor our new majorities in the House and Senate, as well as the grassroots volunteers who worked so hard to elect them,” said RPA Chairman Doyle Webb. “We look forward to their continued good work in the legislature, as well as adding to their ranks in 2014.”
