President Obama Out-of-Touch With Arkansas, Claims Private Sector Job Creation Is “Doing Fine”

Little Rock, Ark. – Following President Barack Obama’s statement today that private sector job creation is “doing fine,” Republican Party of Arkansas Chairman Doyle Webb released the following statement on the President’s economic failure:

“President Obama’s announcement that the ‘private sector is doing fine’ is bound to be a surprise to the over 100,000 Arkansans and 23 million Americans still struggling for work. President Obama is out-of-touch with Arkansas and America if he really thinks our economy is ‘doing fine.’ It’s clear President Obama doesn’t have a clue how to create real jobs or turn our economy around. Like Governor Mitt Romney, we believe the White House can do better when it comes to putting jobs and the economy first.”
